Return or Refund Policy
Terms and Conditions about echange
(a) Acceptance of returns and exchanges of products:
- Application has to be within the time limit for the exchange or refund of the products, which is within 7 days of receipt of the products.
- The products are malfunctioning or damaged during delivery; The products are defective or damaged uncaused by human intentive;
- The condition or quality of the products delivered is not good;
- The goods delivered are different from the goods ordered;
- The products delivered are clearly inconsistent with the description on the website.
(b) Cases where returns and exchanges of products will not be accepted(including but not limted to the followings):
- Application made after the 7-day refund period;
- The products themselves are damaged by humans or seriously damaged by the customer when handling them;
- Personal factors such as incompatibility in size, design or color of the product;
- Giveaway (the giveaway is not returned under any circumstances);
- The store has listed that product is no return or exchange;
- The picture has a reasonable deviation from the actual object (color difference due to light, monitor or shooting, etc.);
- Other unreasonable return and exchange requests.
(d) Reminder:
- The exchange of products is limited to one time, and no return or exchange application after the exchange is accepted;
- If the number of returns and exchanges exceeds the regulations or the situation is abnormal, Soul Simple Store has the right to limit the rights of the customer without prior notice;
- If the customer cancels the order, cancels the purchase of some products or requests a return or exchange, the applicable discount offer for the goods that have been deducted will not be refunded.
- The products in the gift pack or set cannot be partially returned or exchanged, and the main product with the bound gift must be returned and exchanged together with the gift;
- Soul Simple Store reserves the right to charge a corresponding additional service fee for handling unreasonable returns and exchanges;

Terms and Conditions about refund
a) Product refunds are limited to the followings:
- The products paid for cannot be delivered or fail to be delivered by the date of the promised delivery;
- Products that have been paid for and delivered are eligible for return and exchange and are verified to accept the return request.
(b) Reminder:
- The refund price is based on the price on the date of the order confirmation;
- Refund processing dates may differ from the customer’s credit card statement billing date;
- Purchases that have been made using any form of Store Credit will be refunded in proportion to the full amount used, together with the refund amount of the order, and will be automatically returned to the customer’s Soul Simple Store Account;
- Soul Simple Store reserves the right to handle unreasonable refunds and charge corresponding additional service fees;
