All orders are shipped via SF Express or Hong Kong Post office from Hong Kong.

  • FREE SHIPPING for Any single order with an amount of HK$250 or above. (Excluded any surcharge by SF Express, customer has to pay to the courier when receiving the delivery).
  • For any single order not reach HKD250, shipping fee will be flat rate HKD 60 for SFExpress incur, and HKD30 for HKPost.

If you would like to order from overseas, please contact us first to ensure shipping arrangements and fees.

Hong Kong Delivery Arrangement:

  • We only deliver orders within the service scope of SF Express of Hong Kong, the same token for Hongkong Post.

  • Orders placed with full payment settled will be shipped within 2 working days (excluding public holidays).

  • Final shipping time will depend on stock and inventory as well.

  • If a parcel is returned, because the address was incomplete or incorrect, and/or because you refused to accept it, you will be charged for the administration costs back to hard graft.

Redelivery

Please be aware that for shipments that are not delivered successfully due to the provision of wrong addresses, the customer is responsible for the shipping charge for both the first and thereafter delivery attempts.
